CheckAuto provides free vehicle reports and paid comprehensive reports. Registered users can add vehicles to their accounts for tax and MOT reminders. These features are intended for lawful use only.
We accept payments through card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. All purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds unless required by law. If you encounter issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
Account creation is optional but recommended for additional benefits, including easier access to reports and voucher codes. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Free reports are rate-limited to a maximum of 20 searches per minute per user. Abuse of this limit may result in service suspension or termination.
Free reports are sourced from the DVLA and DVSA, and paid reports utilize data from UK Vehicle Data. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is correct, complete, or up to date.
Users are responsible for entering accurate vehicle information and must not use our services for illegal purposes. CheckAuto is not liable for losses incurred due to errors in user-inputted data or misuse of reports.
CheckAuto shall not be held liable for any financial losses resulting from the use of our services, including reliance on inaccurate or incomplete data provided in reports.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services in cases of non-payment, abuse of services, fraudulent activities, or violation of these Terms.
CheckAuto does not provide any guarantees or warranties for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our services.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
